4. What's Included with a Commercial Licence
Your Commercial Licence allows you to use Fontcake typefaces for:

The licence does not allow you to:

6. Frequently Asked Questions
7.1. Introduction
This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all font software supplied by Fontcake ("the Foundry"). By purchasing, downloading or installing any Fontcake typeface, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
7.2. Licence Grant
The Foundry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the font software according to the licence purchased.
Ownership of the font software remains with Fontcake at all times.
7.3. Permitted Use
The specific rights granted depend on the licence purchased.Unless otherwise stated, Commercial Licences permit use for branding, editorial design, packaging, advertising, print, social media, digital graphics and client work.
7.4. Restrictions
You may not:
redistribute the font software
sell the font software
sublicense the font software
modify the font software
convert the font into another format for redistribution
upload the font to publicly accessible servers
7. 5. Third Parties
You may temporarily provide the font to printers or production partners solely for completing your project. The font must not be retained or reused beyond that purpose.
7.6. Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Fontcake.
Purchasing a licence grants permission to use the font software—it does not transfer ownership.
7.7. Liability
The font software is provided "as is." Fontcake shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
7.8. Termination
Failure to comply with this Agreement automatically terminates the licence.
Upon termination, all copies of the font software must be removed from your devices.
7.9. Updates
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Fontcake website.
