Frequently Asked Questions

End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

  1. Introduction

    This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all font software supplied by Fontcake ("the Foundry"). By purchasing, downloading or installing any Fontcake typeface, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

  2. Licence Grant

    The Foundry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the font software according to the licence purchased.

    Ownership of the font software remains with Fontcake at all times.

  3. Permitted Use

    The specific rights granted depend on the licence purchased.

    Unless otherwise stated, Commercial Licences permit use for branding, editorial design, packaging, advertising, print, social media, digital graphics and client work.

  4. Restrictions

    You may not:

    • redistribute the font software

    • sell the font software

    • sublicense the font software

    • modify the font software

    • convert the font into another format for redistribution

    • upload the font to publicly accessible servers
